Return and Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or credits unless the order is defective or does not match the approved specifications. Claims must be submitted within three business days of receiving your order. Reprints may be issued at our discretion upon submission of photographic evidence or the return of the entire order.

Payment, Order Placement, and Cancellations

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Full payment is required before order processing. Once a proof is approved, no changes or cancellations are allowed unless within four hours of approval. Cancellations within this period incur a $25 fee or 6% of the order value (whichever is greater). Orders canceled after 24 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Design Services

All design service orders are final and non-refundable once placed.

Customer Artwork and File Submission

Submitted artwork must meet our specifications (minimum 300 dpi in CMYK format). Time Packaging is not responsible for print quality issues due to incorrect file formats or resolution. You must own or have permission to use all submitted content. We reserve the right to reject orders containing unlawful or offensive material.

Proofs and Color Accuracy

Customers are required to review and approve proofs before production. Delays due to unapproved proofs are the customer’s responsibility. Color representation in electronic proofs may vary; Time Packaging is not liable for color discrepancies. Hard copy proofs are available upon request for an additional fee.

Disclaimer for Errors

Time Packaging is not liable for errors in final products resulting from:

• Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical mistakes
• Incorrect formatting or layout
• User-submitted content issues
• Any effects related to gang printing

Product Quantities

Time Packaging adheres to industry standards and may deliver slightly more or fewer units than ordered (typically within a 5% margin). Customers will be billed for the actual quantity received.

Production Time, Shipping, and Delivery

Production begins after proof approval and payment confirmation. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Time Packaging is not liable for delivery delays due to weather, technical issues, or third-party carriers.

Customers are responsible for customs duties and clearance for international shipments. Any incorrect delivery information may result in additional charges.

Modifications to Website and Terms

We reserve the right to update any part of the website and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the revised terms.
